CRASH LOGS
Please go to:
C:\Users\\My Documents\CarrierCommand\
(if you cannot find it please use Windows Search and look for "CarrierCommand" directory)
and send us these files for analysis:
- crash.log
- error.log
- console.log
(please note that you might not have all of them)
DXDIAG
- Open the Start menu.
- In Windows XP, click on 'Run'. In Vista/7, continue to step 3.
- Type 'dxdiag' (without the quotes).
- Press Enter.
- In dxdiag window, click on 'Save All Information' button.
- Send us the resulting file in the form below.
